Amanda Sarley-Weng

Education

Amanda Sarley-Weng became a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) in 2017 after completing 500 hours of coursework at the Southern California Health Institute. Amanda continually looks to widen her range of knowledge and in 2018 she became a certified IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) L1 practitioner.

Philosophy

Amanda strives to provide a personalized treatment session based on each client’s unique needs and training goals. When training for a sport or for life, proper body maintenance is crucial to prevent injuries, continue performing at a high level, and reach your goals. Stretching, foam rolling, and regular sports massages are tools to decrease recovery time and ensure you perform your sport efficiently and effectively longterm.

Athletics

Amanda is an endurance athlete. Some of her accomplishments include a 1:54 half marathon and sprint/olympic triathlons. Amanda also enjoys playing soccer, hiking, backpacking, camping and lifting weights.

When she is not learning more about how our amazing bodies work, you’ll find Amanda exploring (most likely in nature) with her daughter, son, dog and husband.
