Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation the client must either give notice the day before (prior to 10pm) the appointment OR within 6 hrs of scheduled massage session if rescheduling the same day.
For all single and multiple session packs:
1. All package or single sessions must be purchased ahead of time to reserve your spot(s). This can be done via Venmo/PayPal or bringing a check or cash to your last paid session.
No-Shows:
If the client no-shows (does not show up to the appointment), the price of the session will be charged.
The client may call, email or text all communications and MUST receive a confirmation from the therapist that the message was received.
